Q: How do I receive a charter bus quote?

It is very simple and hassle free.  Fill out the quote request form once we receive your information, we will contact you or you can call us for a quote. It is very important that you fill out the form and make sure all details of your confirmation for accuracy.

 

Q: How safe is traveling on a charter bus?

There are approximately 0.5 deaths per billion miles! You have a 1-in-45 million chance of dying on a bus. You’re more likely to get attacked by a shark, becoming a billionaire or get struck by lightning than you are to become a bus fatality.

 

Q: How much does it cost to charter a bus?

Each trip is calculated based on your itinerary, number of people (buses needed), destination, etc. Filling out our quote form will guarantee you the most accurate price. If you are unsure about the amount of people or plans, fill out the quote form to the best of your ability and we will find you the most accurate quote available.

 

Q: How far in advance should we reserve our charter bus?

We suggest reserving your charter bus in advance as far as possible to make sure the bus is available. 

 

Q: Do the charter buses make stops?

Yes, the bus will make periodic stops and will accommodate groups request to stop along the way to and from the destination. If you have a list of stops, they should be communicated to the charter bus company prior to the departure date.

 

Q: What are the sizes of the charter buses?

Most charter buses have 36, 47, or 55 seating capacities.

 

Q: What amenities are included in the charter buses?

The amenities on our charter bus  include: comfortable plush padded reclining seats, reading lights, TV monitors to watch DVD movies, climate controlled, and a clean onboard restroom, seat belts, 110V outlets to charge phones and laptops and free complimentary Wi-Fi. 

 

Q: Is your charter bus company insured?

Yes, our insurance meets all Federal Department of Transportation requirements.  Certificate is available upon request.  If you are interested in the insurance about our company, please ask.

 

Q: Do charter buses travel in inclement weather?

Yes. While passenger safety is the number one priority, most charter buses do travel in inclement weather. The only way a trip may be cancelled is if the roads were shut down. An alternate route may be used or there may be a delay due to the nature of the traffic or roads being shut down.
